In this case, the Heratec studies department drew up the plans thanks to synergy between the various divisions of the group.
Heratec thus came up with the best solution by modifying a quick set frame.
The result
The largest customers took the decision to switch to Quick Set Evo.
A solution was even found to transform some of their existing tools in order to adapt them to this new blanking tool.
Machine operators appreciate being able to handle a tool weighing 4 kilos rather than 30 kilos.
Cost of the tooling is halved.
Setup time has never been quicker : approx. 2 mins for frame setup.
