From the pre-study to the final manufacturing plans, we design and develop all moulding tooling and sub-parts for all packaging sectors including plastics engineering, composites and sheet metal. We have extensive expertise in all aspects of mechanical engineering, machining, electrical discharge machining, composites, thermoforming, 3D printing, surface treatment and polishing.
We draw on the full potential of a multi-disciplinary team and fully integrated processes based on high-speed 5-axes machining systems up to 4 metres long, as well as 3 axes machines. In addition, we have two distinct machining areas for soft** and hard*** materials, a large 3D thermoplastic printer, wire-cutters, etc.
